Martins said she has taken online food-handling and alcohol-service training and will run the operation as manager while continuing some full-time employment; she said family and professional chef staff will handle kitchen operations.
Martins presented proposed hours of operation and a plan to staff the restaurant, including brunch service and a Friday–Saturday late closing on certain nights. The board approved the transfer after confirming the applicant’s training plans and the absence of police objections on the record.
The board recorded the motion to transfer the license; members wished the new owner luck and closed the item.
