City staff member Mr. Smith told the City Commission the money came from a Duke Energy payment tied to the Osprey project and easements and that the $2,650,000 figure reflects both completed work and remaining funds. "Collectively, these projects will take us to the, the $2,650,000 budget that we have," Smith said. He said some earlier expenditures — for example on equipment purchases — already reduced the remaining balance for contracting work.
The planned capital work includes irrigation pond renovation, a greens renovation that will remove and reestablish greens with a new 6‑inch root zone, replacement of about 800 linear feet of main irrigation line and replacement of roughly 685 irrigation heads, valve and controller work, and rework of the No. 14 green near the…
