Resident raises safety and parking concerns on Phillips Place ahead of proposed multiunit development

Zimnock offered to provide photographs and was told to email them to the DPW for staff review. He emphasized that a development adding "54 units, that's almost a hundred people," would warrant closer look at parking and truck escape routes; the DPW requested the photos and said staff will share them with the commission.
This was public comment; no formal action was taken at the meeting.
