JSW sponsored the change, and the motion was moved by JSW and seconded by Councilman Doctor Warren. With no members in the queue, the committee approved the amendment by voice vote.
The resolution states the new line item will be effective upon approval and will be incorporated into the FY2026 budget ordinance; any reallocation from that line requires prior approval of the council. The action clarifies a previously generic CIP placeholder and ties the project specifically to the Glenview Community Center.
