The Village of Ashwaubenon Park and Recreation Board on May 20 introduced Becky Lamers as the new community center supervisor senior coordinator and welcomed back Nancy Matke as a returning Park Board member.
Becky Lamers told the board she is excited to join the village, that she has three children and that she plans to continue growing senior programming. Lamers said she had begun meeting program participants and staff and was looking forward to expanding offerings.
Nancy Matke said she previously served on the Park Board for about 15 years, lives in the village, participates in senior programming and has young grandchildren using youth programs; she said she was pleased to return to the board.
No personnel actions or policy changes were made at the meeting; the introductions were ceremonial and intended to acquaint the board and the public with new and returning members.
