Spokane council introduces Heather Hamlin as new director of Office of Neighborhood Services

Hamlin told the council she had worked about five years with Greater Spokane Incorporated and almost seven years with Women Helping Women Fund, a local nonprofit.
No formal vote was taken; the item was an introductory interview on the briefing agenda. Council members welcomed Hamlin and said they looked forward to working with her.
