Although a motion to postpone the item for two weeks failed for lack of a second, the committee ultimately voted to recommend approval in an amount not to exceed $250,000 while instructing staff to pull the item off the consent agenda for Tuesday's City Council meeting so the MPO can present details. The committee’s action preserves the consultant funding recommendation but ensures the MPO’s presentation will be available at Council consideration.
Charles Bloom (Cheyenne Zoom) also indicated he would ask the MPO to be present for the council meeting to describe the project and grant pass-through details.
