The hearing was set during a remote prehearing conference held May 21, where parties discussed outstanding disputes including the proposed pedestrian crossing design, preemption timing calculations, truck turning-movement conflicts, flashers and a lighting plan. Segev said he would issue a written decision memorializing the parties’ agreement to convene on June 6.
