He listed those expected to attend and asked the board to recess: "Present at the meeting will be yourself, Commissioner Hammond, Commissioner Greenwell, Commissioner Maleca, Mister Harner, myself, Andrea Frazier, Rob Holborn. We anticipate the meeting should take no more than 30 to 45 minutes And, if there are no questions for us, we respectfully request we recess and then reassemble in the East Room to commence the attorney client session."
The board recessed to the East Room for the closed session. After the meeting, County Attorney Wesch reported to the board that the attorney‑client session had concluded and stated, "In keeping with the statute under which this meeting operated, you took no motions and no formal action, but you did provide guidance to your management team as to how to proceed in the negotiation."
No motions, votes, or formal decisions were recorded on the transcript. The chair closed the public meeting: "Okay, seeing none at this time and seeing no further business before us, we're adjourned."
