The staff member said the land bank attorney advised that the city should reappoint its members periodically.
Councilman Cochran said he was glad to serve again but invited others to volunteer. A councilmember moved to reappoint the two councilmen; a second was recorded. The motion carried with the council recording the approval (vote recorded as carrying with three affirmative votes in the transcript).
