Lebanon Commerce Center site plan approval deferred pending preliminary plat

Planning staff said the final approval of the site plan is conditioned on approval of the preliminary plat, and that the preliminary and final plats will appear before the commission next month. "Their final approval of the site plan is subject to the approval of their preliminary plat. The preliminary and final plat will be appearing here next month," staff said.
The item was discussed as a potential consent agenda candidate, and staff noted no further comments at the time. Commissioners paused briefly while a quorum solidified and the new executive director Kristen Rice arrived at the meeting. No formal action was taken on the site plan at this hearing.
