Middletown board approves routine contracts: OSHA membership, NWEA renewal, teacher training and TestHound

District staff member Miss Hauser summarized the items for the board: the OSHA membership contract commits the district to abide by the association’s guidelines and bylaws; the NWEA renewal covers MAP assessments the district administers to students in grades K–12 three times a year; a Hamilton County Educational Service Center contract will train six high‑school teachers to teach College‑Credit Plus (CCP) classes next school year; and a TestHound contract provides software to organize testing accommodations.
A motion to approve the consent agenda passed at roll call. One board member recorded an abstention during the consent vote earlier in the meeting; the board otherwise approved the listed items. No further action or additional discussion of those contracts was recorded during the meeting.
