Staff said property taxes for the parcel are current, required notices were posted under state law, and no formal protests were received.
A staff member identified as Mr. Craig briefly described the application and the revised franchise language. The public hearing attracted no speakers and the board closed the hearing before voting; the motion passed 3-0.
The board did not adopt additional conditions or amendments to the franchise language at the meeting; staff said prior work-session discussions informed the current agreement language.
