The City of Carmel Board of Public Works and Safety on May 21 voted to table a replat request for Cool Creek North Lot 75 at the request of a board member who said they would "feel better" with additional detail.
Brad Pease, director of engineering, told the board that engineering and DOCS had reviewed the request and that conditions had been met, but he said he could not recall whether the lot in question was vacant or contained a structure and offered to check the record. After discussion about seeing a drawing and confirming property status, a board member moved to table the item; another member seconded, and the board approved the tabling motion.
The item was officially tabled for consideration at a future Board of Public Works meeting when staff can provide additional detail on the lot's current status and any neighbor concerns.
