District staff member Scott presented the list of gifts to the board: a tools donation valued at $12.50 from the Sheboygan County Home Builders Association (Drexel and ABC Supply); transportation donations totaling $1,681.99 from Parkview PTK for trips to Madison and other venues; $232.95 from Parkview PTK for River Edge Nature Center transportation; and multiple donations from Horizon Path and Riverview groups supporting travel to Lakeland College, Betty Brinn Museum, Lakeshore Lanes and Carthage College.
Scott read line-item amounts and sources for each gift and asked the board to accept the donations and adjust the budget accordingly. The chair requested a motion; the board moved, seconded and approved the acceptance by voice vote.
Board members thanked the donors during the meeting. The motion recorded in the meeting accepted each listed donation and authorized the corresponding budget adjustments; the board did not identify a total consolidated dollar amount in the record shown in the transcript.
