Royce Bray asked the Madison County Planning and Zoning Committee to rezone a 4-acre portion of his 20-acre property at 196 Adams Dunton Road in Hull so his nephew could build a home. The committee recommended approval and will forward the recommendation to the Board of Commissioners.
Bray said the 4-acre portion will provide a home site for his son, and described driveway and easement access during his presentation. Staff identified remaining 16 acres to be accessed via existing easement and driveway. During the public hearing no members of the community spoke in opposition.
Following public comment, a motion to approve carried. Committee members confirmed access points and easement locations during discussion. The item will be presented to the Board of Commissioners at the next scheduled hearing for final action.
