During a district presentation, Dr. Iles, the staff presenter leading the mathematics effort, said, "we adopted a new math curriculum" and described a recommended progression that aims to get students through Algebra I in eighth grade and on to geometry in ninth grade, Algebra II in 10th, AP Precalculus in 11th and calculus in 12th for students who follow the highest pathway.
