The final vote approved the plan after public testimony on the document and a board discussion about priorities.
Board and community roles: Superintendent Dr. Luke Meinert and consultant Rizzo said the plan will be implemented through administrative action plans and progress monitoring, including dashboards and measurable objectives the district will publish.
