The Elyria City Council approved a conditional use permit Monday for JDJ Mobile Entertainment to operate offices, record sessions and provide promotional services at 910 Taylor Street, Unit C.
Jeremy Moen, the applicant, identified himself at the public hearing and provided his home address as 144 Antioch Drive, Elyria. He told council he was available to answer questions. No opponents addressed the hearing. Council considered the ordinance granting the conditional use permit under suspension of rules and voted to pass it; the item was sponsored by Community Development.
Council President Schneider moved for suspension and passage; Councilwoman Mitchell seconded the suspension and later seconded passage. The council recorded the passage of Ordinance 2025-71 under suspension of the rules.
