Sharon explained the change adds the management-contract cost line and that EOHLC will provide $19,041 as an approved exemption to the FY 2025 operating budget; the remaining portion of the $53,998 will be covered by federal operating reserves, pro-rated by unit type. Commissioners discussed how the charge is distributed across the 400 program (which consolidates the 200-family units, 667 elderly/handicap units and 705 single-family units).
On roll call Commissioner Carney, Commissioner Jones and Commissioner Brooks voted yes; Commissioner Tarbutin abstained. The revision passed.
