Council approves $20,000 discretionary agreement to support Studio By The Tracks

Council members had no objections and agreed to keep the item on the consent agenda for approval. Councilman Box noted that online commenters had wrongly suggested the city had caused the grant revocation and welcomed the clarification that the city was instead providing discretionary support.
