City staff said the package includes a $13,018 change order to widen a new hangar door, ratification of an earlier runway change order that added safety striping, a GDOT supplement of $500,000 for a third hangar, a combined $881,000 in federal AIP funds and about $2 million in state airport-aid funds for taxiway and electrical work, a construction contract with TCA Contractors Inc. for the electrical rehab, and a GDOT funding contract of up to $900,000 for MALSR approach-light rehabilitation (local share estimated at $150,000 and capped at $300,000).
