The Government Operations Committee on May 18 approved the item recommending a Class 1C liquor license for the business at 104 East Main Street, currently operating as Crazy Fox Bar and Grill and proposed to become Fox Social Bar and Grill after a pending sale.
Chief Majewski said the record shows the purchaser is 3 Gingers LLC doing business as Fox Social Bar and Grill LLC; the correct address is 104 East Main Street. Roger and Sherry Greenhagel are in the process of purchasing the business and said their daughter, Brynn Greenhagel, would manage operations. No changes to operations were proposed other than cosmetic work such as painting and replacing the bar top, and the applicants had no disqualifying issues in the licensing review, Chief Majewski said.
When asked whether gaming licenses would be affected by the ownership change, Majewski said because the establishment will maintain the same license type and operations, they can inherit the gaming licenses. The committee approved the item on a roll-call vote.
The approval preserves the existing Class 1C license, including the 1 a.m. late-night permit, and keeps the current operational model in place until the purchase is finalized.
