Renton council adopts rezone for property at 101 Southwest 401st Street

Council Member Prince moved adoption and Council Member McGurvin seconded. The ordinance passed on a roll-call vote with all members voting aye: Albertson, Vaughn, Perez, Prince, McGurvin, O'Halloran and Rivera. The council indicated no discussion on second reading. The rezone will take effect as specified in the ordinance's effective-date provision.
