Council passes ordinance removing term limits for Economic Development Citizen Advisory Commission

And there's certain expertise that's required for this group, so it's just not very practical for us to have term limits," the staff member said, adding that the application review committee currently has no terms.
Council members moved and seconded the ordinance and approved it on third reading by roll call. The ordinance amends section 6-2-98 of the Scottsbluff Municipal Code, removes the term and term-limit language for the commission, and provides for publication and an effective date.
