The Forest Grove School District Board approved a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) contract amendment with 5 Star Builders for $1,682,550 to add two classrooms to Harvey Clark Elementary School.
Director Klute said the addition is part of the district’s pre-K projects and described the amendment as a contract change for 5 Star Builders. “This last 1 is for, the Harvey Clark addition. It's 2 classrooms onto the back. As part of the pre K projects, it is a contract it's amendment for 5 Star for a million $682,550,” Klute said. The board moved and seconded the amendment and approved it without recorded opposition.
The meeting record does not include a construction schedule or completion date; the amendment will be managed by the district’s facilities department under the bond program.
