Pasadena council approves first readings, easement abandonments and several resolutions

Resolution 2025-97, "pursuant to section 2-147 of the code of ordinances of the City of Pasadena," appoints Jeremy Armstrong as deputy code enforcement inspector and code official. Resolutions 2025-98 and 2025-99 accepted monetary and in-kind donations to Parks and Recreation for the 2025 wheelchair wind-up softball tournament, including a $300 H-E-B gift card and a $1,500 monetary donation plus a portable misting fan and battery valued at $500 from Tier Memorial Hermann. Resolution 2025-100 amended the fiscal year 2025 budget for the Pasadena Scribe Control and Provision District as approved by that board on May 7, 2025 (referenced exhibit A). Resolution 2025-101 accepted a $2,184 donation from Petco Lehi for medical care and lifesaving measures for shelter animals.
