Director Klute described the scope as including an office renovation for safety and security, commons restroom renovations, flooring abatement and locker-room work. “This 1 is for the Forest Grove High School bond work,” Klute said, listing bids received from 5 Star, Buildscape and Ross Builders. The board approved the award to 5 Star Builders and moved to utilize 2022 bond funds for the contract.
Board members voiced no recorded objections; the motion passed with all members present voting in favor. The district did not record any amendments to the contract during the meeting.
