Staff said final plans are expected shortly and bidding is anticipated in early June, with construction anticipated to be completed by September 2025.
The committee approved the resolution on a voice vote after a motion by Trustee Bogan and a second by Mr. James; no public comment or recorded roll-call was given in the meeting record.
