Teresa also described an extendable pole trailer with newer tires and a single-reel wire trailer; she said the staff does not have complete year/make records for the trailers. She added that there are no warranties on the equipment and that interested parties can inspect the items at 1105 North Euclid from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Council members did not debate the substance of the items at length during the first-reading vote; the ordinance was advanced for additional consideration. The city clerk will schedule the second reading and any further public discussion required under city procedures.
The action does not set sale method or minimum prices; those details are expected to be addressed at the next reading or in subsequent staff reports.
