Owners listed in the record were Joey Jones, John Freeman and John Hayes of Hayes FP LLC; the requested zoning was RT (residential townhouse) with a zero lot-line residential district. The council adopted the ordinance on a motion and second; the clerk recorded the vote by voice and the motion carried.
The second ordinance assented to annexation of a parcel owned by Withrow and Grant Properties LLC; the planning commission had unanimously recommended approval. Council members said the annexation is intended to expand residential development in that area. The motion to adopt passed by voice vote.
