Office of Community Development staff announced that Naomi Lopez has accepted another job and will be leaving the office.
Susan Korres told CRA members that Lopez has worked for the Office of Community Development since November 2021 and that staff were grateful for her service. “We’re really happy for her, because it’s great for her, but we’re gonna miss her,” Korres said while presenting a framed note of appreciation prepared for Lopez.
Korres said the office will advertise to fill the vacancy and that interviews will be conducted; she added that she may ask Lopez to assist in the interview process but had not decided. The CRA expressed appreciation for Lopez’s work and wished her well. No formal action was taken beyond the announcement and an internal recognition.
