Murals, sculptural and functional art and interactive installations were among the top types respondents wanted to see.
Staff summarized open comments urging durable, vandal‑resistant materials, engagement with local schools and community members, and additional opportunities for local artists. The committee discussed bringing the results to the Board of County Commissioners to support program priorities and future calls for artists.
The presentation included a current snapshot of responses gathered via an online survey, yard signs distributed at Arts Fest and targeted email outreach; staff encouraged further responses and said they will continue to solicit feedback before finalizing recommendations to county leadership.
