He said he is returning to private practice after serving as general counsel to a municipal insurance organization and would be available to serve Perry’s municipal court.
The council approved the appointment by roll-call vote and then approved a separate employment agreement for the municipal-judge position. The motion carried with unanimous consent of the members present.
