The Templeton Conservation Commission on May 19 issued an Order of Conditions for a 20-by-20-foot deck at 66 Rainbow Drive, within the 50-foot buffer to a wetland identified in the notice. The commission accepted the Notice of Intent and issued the Order of Conditions after the applicant supplied a complete abutters list and drew erosion controls on the plan set.
Commission staff reported that the applicant, Charles Carroll, provided the abutters list and added the erosion-control detail requested at the prior meeting; photos submitted show erosion controls in place. The applicant was not present in the meeting but the commission reviewed the plans and photos and agreed the application was complete.
A motion to issue the Order of Conditions passed on a unanimous roll-call vote with Commissioners recording yes votes. The order requires the erosion controls as shown in the submitted plans and standard conditions for work within the buffer zone.
