Committee forwards revised facilities use policy and administrative guidelines, clarifying online portal use

At the May 20 Policy Committee meeting, staff presented revisions to Policy 5‑07 (Use of Facilities and Equipment) and related administrative guidelines and asked the committee to forward them to the full board for review at the June meeting.
The presenter said the policy and administrative guidelines were revised “to provide clarification and also to update the policy to, clarify the use of the online order portal Facilitron that the board has implemented,” and that the guidelines provide clearer instructions about what is needed as part of the application and rental process.
No substantive questions were recorded. The committee approved a motion to send the policy and its administrative guidelines to the full board; the voice vote was recorded as “Aye.” Staff requested that the full board review the materials at its June meeting.
