City Manager Pat Trojgen summarized the consent agenda and noted item 10d is the resolution to apply for the MnDOT grant to support the Snelling Avenue pathway between Asbury Street and the city’s northern border. The consent agenda passed unanimously 4‑0. The professional‑services agreement and other consent items were approved as presented.
If awarded, the grant would fund a portion of design or construction for the pathway; staff will return with any grant award and required match or project conditions for council consideration.
