Tipp City council votes to remove Resolution A from tonight's agenda

TIPP CITY, Ohio — The Tipp City Council amended its May 19 agenda to remove Resolution A after staff reported the agreement for that resolution was not included in the meeting packet.
City staff asked council to remove the resolution from the agenda so the item can be brought back at the next meeting when the agreement is available. A council member moved to amend the agenda and another seconded.
The council approved the amendment by roll call. Mayor Logan Rogers, Miss Pittenger, Mister Slagle, Mister Liddy, Mister Kessler, Mister Enslen, and President Hoffman each voted yes during the roll call; the motion carried and Resolution A was removed from the evening's agenda.
Council then approved the amended agenda and proceeded with the remainder of the meeting.
