Nathan said the county scheduled an all‑day punch‑list walkthrough with Luminaut for June 3, with furniture delivery target dates around mid‑June. Recent on‑site work included site grading for landscaping, parking‑lot repairs, new concrete pours, a new light at the flagpole and underground boring to run fiber from the Justice Center basement to the courthouse.
The board heard the update and had no additional action recorded; staff will continue punch‑list closeout and report progress at future meetings.
