Council members said the association's conference is later in the month this year and that multiple members would be out of town on the previously scheduled date. Council member Ron moved to change the meeting date; a second was recorded and the council approved the change on a voice vote with ayes recorded.
No further administrative changes to the calendar were proposed during the discussion. Council members then moved on to adjourn the meeting.
