Multiple motions were presented and adopted by voice where no objection was recorded. When members raised objections or questions — for example on education item 15, labor item 3, and a cluster of public-safety items related to the Talkeetna troopers post — the chair ruled those specific items remain conferenceable and left them open.
No roll-call votes were recorded in the transcript; committee members adopted motions by unanimous consent where there were no objections. The meeting concluded with a motion to adjourn at about 5:05 p.m.
