"So moved," said Mister Brandon Snead when he made the motion to move into executive session; Councilwoman Taylor seconded the motion. Committee leadership called for the public and nonessential staff to vacate the room and asked information-technology staff to end the public feed before the closed review.
Committee staff listed the firms that submitted proposals for RFS25-708: AFJ Mac; Ashley Nashley; Civil Design Group (CDG); Kapton, Grama and Smoke (CGS); Half Associates; KSA Engineers; Moore and Associates; Raley and Associates; Volkert Inc.; and Wagner Engineering. The committee chair described the item as an engineering Public Works Department project and opened the floor for discussion before the motion to go into executive session.
Earlier in the meeting the committee approved the minutes of a prior session; that motion was moved by Mister Brandon Snead and seconded by Councilwoman Taylor, and the committee recorded the motion as passed by voice vote.
