The Parsippany (Troy Hills) Board of Adjustment held its annual reorganization on Jan. 8, 2025, swearing in members and electing leadership.
Bernard Berkowitz, David Williams and Betty Ludicross were sworn in as regular members for terms ending in 2027–2028, and the board proceeded with nominations for leadership. Loretta Grignani was nominated and, following a roll‑call vote, confirmed to serve as chair. Members also confirmed Mazzarella as vice chair.
The board appointed its professionals for the year: John Chadwick as planner, Tom Lomonowich as board engineer and Bill Johnson as board attorney. The meeting opened with a statement that it was conducted under the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act (NJSA 10:4‑6) and included a customary pledge of allegiance.
Board members present completed roll calls for the appointments and for the leadership votes; the meeting then moved to the regular agenda.
