Parsippany (Troy Hills) council approves annual appointments, consultant contracts and cybersecurity purchase

The Township Council of Parsippany (Troy Hills) confirmed annual appointments and unanimously approved a package of resolutions and professional-service contracts at its Jan. 7, 2025 organization meeting.

The council approved committee liaisons and reappointed members to advisory boards, then passed a series of resolutions that designated official newspapers, established financial controls and authorized multiple consultant and professional-service contracts. The non-consent agenda included approval to purchase Darktrace cybersecurity software for the police department and a SaaS renewal for the same vendor; both motions passed by roll call.
