Lebanon County commissioners on Wednesday approved an early lease termination with Acadia Healthcare for space formerly used as a methadone clinic, with Acadia agreeing to pay the remaining balance of rent for the unit through the lease’s scheduled expiration.
The agreement brings $127,765.44 to the county’s drug-and-alcohol commission program and sets an effective lease termination date of May 30, 2025. County solicitor Keith Lee said Acadia paid May’s rent and negotiated to settle the remainder of the obligation.
