County committee approves joint-development agreement for Muddy Creek Solar, moves it to full board

Project representatives were present both in the meeting room and online. Alex Peterson, an attorney for Muddy Creek Solar LLC, introduced himself to the committee and offered to answer questions. "I'm not just some random person sitting on your screen, while I'm here," Peterson said, identifying himself as counsel for the project; he added that Mike Rosenow was in the room as the local project representative.
The committee did not amend the agreement during the session and recorded the motion in committee minutes; the agreement will appear on the county board docket for further consideration and possible approval.
