The recorded bid list given at the opening included: HDI Power and Controls LLC (Scribe, Georgia) — $149,945.00; Energy Solutions Inc. (Alpharetta, Georgia) — $79,300.65; McGrath Industries LLC, doing business as Talbot Tennis (Marietta, Georgia) — $99,650.00; PSG Energy Services (Atlanta, Georgia) — $97,231.00; Qualite Sports Lighting (Hillsdale, Minnesota) — submitted a no-bid. The bid amounts for two firms in the transcript are not clearly legible: Gay Constructor Constructors Incorporated (Jacksonville, Florida) and 33 Lighting Solutions Lehi (Conyers, Georgia); the transcript records amounts for those two entries but the figures are garbled and will be verified by county staff during review.
