Sawyer County updates airport resurfacing schedule; board approves McCain hangar lease transfer to family trust

County staff said equipment positioning and site preparation are in progress and that contractors and town road crews have been consulted on access and staging. Separately, the board approved a request from John and Virginia McCain to transfer their McCain hangar lease to the "John D. McCain Revocable Trust." County staff reported the transfer does not change operational use of the hangar and recommended approval; a supervisor moved and the board approved the transfer.
