The board voted unanimously to continue the public hearing for 14 Emery Street to Oct. 27, 2025, and to extend the constructive deadline to Nov. 18, 2025. It continued 304 Lavelle Street to Nov. 17, 2025, and extended the grant deadline to Dec. 9, 2025. The board also postponed the public hearing for 91 Cambridge Street to Oct. 27, 2025, with a constructive deadline of Nov. 18, 2025.
Planner Victor Panak noted multiple items on the agenda were being continued or postponed and reminded applicants that no additional notice will be sent and that petitioners should contact the planning division before the next meeting to confirm whether their item will be heard.
The board recorded the votes on the continuances and advised applicants to contact the planning office for scheduling and next steps.
