The Board of Architectural Review approved three cases on the consent agenda at its Oct. 22 meeting: TLHPBR2025-0065 (1 South King Street, signage), TLHPBR2025-0067 (106 Cornwall Street), and TLHPBR2025-0066 (exterior alterations, 5 Wort Street). The items were moved to consent at the start of the meeting and presented as straightforward by staff.

Chair Tom O'Neill opened and closed the public hearing for those cases; no members of the public spoke. Julie Pastor moved to approve the consent agenda and Don Sherman seconded. The board voted 5–0–2 to approve all three applications "subject to the conditions contained in the staff report," as recorded in the motion.
